started a 68 hour fast 3.5 hours ago at 9 pm. I’m going to have a cup of coffee with soymilk tmrw morning just cuz I have some left over and don’t want to waste it but will be doing only water (and lite salt for electrolytes) after that until 5 pm on the 14th. I don’t care about feeling hungry or starting ketosis or any of that shit I just want to heal my body and feel better.
